Birthday Party

Cancellation Policy

Birthday Parties must be booked 3 weeks prior to the event. A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required at booking to reserve the requested date. The remaining balance must be paid a week before the event occurs. Birthday Parties are designed for 10 participants. Additional guests must be communicated at the time of booking. Additional fees apply to more guests due to limited supplies and additional AIM staff needed. Cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible. Ideally, 1 week prior to the event. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit can be used on a party at a later date. The party must be within the same calendar year. Arts in Motion is not responsible for providing food, drinks, or paper products for the party. Arts in Motion, is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the event. All party attendees are required to fill out a waiver from their parents or guardian. The party host may not sign waivers in place of a student's parents or guardian. Waivers will be virtually attached to the invites via QR code for the party host to send to invitees. Paper waivers will be available at the front desk day of the event in case someone was unable to fill out the waivers prior to the event. Arts in Motion reserves the right to use any video or photography taken during the event for marketing purposes.
